Our mission
To give everyone, from the curious newcomer looking for a night out to the league bowler, reliable, up-to-date information about bowling in Morocco: where to bowl, how much it costs, when centres are open, how to improve and how to join the bowling community.
Who are we?
The site was launched in 2009, back when Moroccan bowling had only a handful of centres. Today it is run by members of the Association Sportive du Bowling Marocain (ASBM), founded in Rabat in 2007, which organises weekly leagues and the Intercity Strike Cup. Our writers bowl in leagues and tournaments: our advice comes from experience on the lanes.
How is our information checked?
- Bowling centres: prices, opening hours and features taken from the centres' official websites and pages, on site or from the managers. Each listing shows the date it was checked.
- Photos: taken from the centres' official websites (with their consent) or supplied by our members.
- Guides: written by our bowlers based on the official rules (IBF, USBC), and fact-checked.
Independence
Centres do not pay to be listed in the directory, and the order in which they appear does not depend on any commercial partnership. The reduced rates mentioned for ASBM members are agreements negotiated by the association.
