How many pins on the first ball?
How to use the calculator
Click the number of pins knocked down on each ball. The X button records a strike (all 10 pins on the first ball), the / button a spare (all remaining pins on the second ball). A frame's total is shown as soon as its bonuses are known.
Scoring rules at a glance
- Open frame: add up the pins from both balls.
- Spare (/): 10 points + the pins from the next ball.
- Strike (X): 10 points + the pins from the next two balls.
- 10th frame: a strike or spare earns one or two extra balls, to count the bonuses.
