About the CSBM
The Club Sportif de Bowling Menara, or CSBM, is one of Marrakech's two bowling associations. Its founding general meeting was held on 20 November 2025, when the founding members adopted the statutes and elected the committee. The local press reported on the club under its Arabic name, which translates as “Marrakchi Al Manara Bowling Club”.
The club has set itself the goals of coaching bowlers, attracting young people to the sport, organising local and regional leagues and tournaments, and bringing in coaches to offer training programmes that meet international standards. It also hopes to build partnerships with sports and educational institutions.
The CSBM league at Bowling Marrakech
The CSBM bowls at Bowling Marrakech, the bowling centre in the Grand Plaza hotel, on the corner of Avenue Mohammed VI and Avenue Hassan II, opposite the train station. For the 2026-2027 season, its league moves forward one round a week, played on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 pm. After each round, the club publishes the overall standings, on points and with each bowler's average. Its bowlers wear a burgundy and gold shirt.
The 2026 Open Challenge
On 12 and 13 September 2026, the CSBM organised the Open Challenge at Bowling Marrakech: two days of competition open to bowlers from several teams. The club then thanked the venue for its welcome and for how the event was run.

How do you join the CSBM?
The club mainly communicates on Instagram, where it posts the schedule of each league round and the standings: @csbm.marrakech. The easiest way is to send it a direct message, or to meet the members on a league night at Bowling Marrakech.
In Marrakech, the Marrakech Bowling Association (MBA) plays at Bowling Almazar. At national level, the ASBM (Association Sportive du Bowling Marocain, the Moroccan Bowling Sports Association), the pioneer of bowling in Morocco since 2007, runs the Intercity Strike Cup in Rabat, which brings together bowlers from several cities.
