About the centre
WAW Fez is the second WAW leisure park, after WAW Casablanca. It is run by Best Leisure, the leisure subsidiary of the property company Aradei Capital, which also operates Bowling Almazar in Marrakech and the Socco Alto Bowling & Fun Park in Tangier. According to a manager from the group, the opening is imminent: the facilities were being tested at the end of September 2026.
Its official page announces bowling, laser tag on two levels, bumper cars, karaoke, play areas, a birthday room, creative workshops and a cafeteria (crêpes and drinks). The park will also host birthday parties, school trips, team-building events and private hire. The number of lanes and the prices have not been published yet.
WAW has not published its address yet, but everything points to the Borj Fez shopping centre on Avenue Allal El Fassi, owned by Aradei Capital, where Best Leisure has run the Funpark since 2014. In October 2025, Aradei announced that this Funpark “will benefit from a complete renovation of its offer and will be extended with the arrival of a bowling alley”, as part of a programme worth nearly 120 million dirhams for Borj Fez and Almazar; in August 2026, the group said it had completed the Borj Fez renovation, with “an enhanced leisure and entertainment offer”.
